what exercises would you do to improve rope climbing? This was one of the things in junior high I did really badly.
This guy's physique is phenomenon! It sucks being an ectomorph!
watchmen, its gonna be difficult tho..it requires strong forearm and grips and also desireable bodyweight so that youre not too heavy that u cant climb up. :)

I always hated the ropes, because it burned the hands, but I guess, he doesn't have a problem with that.
